Responsibilities
Job Description:
Provides Nationwide title services. Play supportive role in closing an escrow transaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling the necessary documents and files for the title insurance and escrow processes. Duties also include conducting title or lien searches, clerical duties regarding specific escrow procedures, works closely with a licensed professional to prepare paperwork to complete transaction. Types fast and accurately and can check documents for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors under tight deadlines.
Skills/Experience:
Do you have at least 1 year of Title Assistant experience?
Does you have experience with Microsoft Office?
